At ROJO Customs, we are dedicated to delivering top-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction with every print we create. If, by any chance, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the instructions below to initiate a return.
Items Eligible for Return:
You may return faulty, damaged, or items with printing defects for a replacement or refund. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that show noticeable wear are not eligible for exchange or refund. Refunds are not available for customer-supplied garments (BYO). When supplying garments to ROJO Customs, please note that it is done at your own risk. All returns must adhere to the company's Terms & Conditions.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Refunds or exchanges are not provided for change of mind, errors in approved proofs, shipping delays, or supplier stock delays. Incorrect garment size selections are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Slight sizing deviations of +/- 2.5cm are considered acceptable; anything beyond that is considered faulty. By placing an order, you accept the proof and take responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the artwork, quantity, and shipping address. Returns cannot be accepted for mistakes made by third-party couriers after the order has been dispatched to the customer's address.
Shipping Charges for Returned Products:
The customer returning the product to ROJO Customs is responsible for covering all associated shipping fees. Please note that we do not reimburse shipping charges. If you request a refund, the initial payment method will be used to refund the purchase price, excluding any delivery fees.
How to Return Your Item:
To initiate a return, please email ROJO Customs and request a Return Authorization (RA). Provide the following information:
Date of purchase
Garment/s you wish to return
Brief description of the manufacturing and/or print error
Photograph of the garment/s
Once we receive your email, our team will review your RA request and contact you to discuss the available options.
All garment/s must be returned to ROJO Customs to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to return the garment/s within two (2) weeks after ROJO Customs issues an RA.
Please allow up to 5 working days for ROJO Customs to process your claim.
