ROJO Customs specialises in creating custom printed and embroidered garments using cutting-edge techniques. These include screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer vinyl, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, and direct to film transfer.
2. What items can you print/embroider on?

3. How do you order with ROJO Customs?
With our online design tool, you'll be able to select the garment of your choice and upload any artwork you like. You can also use some of the design tools to add text and numbers. Submit your payment and we will take it from there. Your order will be processed and shipped once completed.
4. What are the best file formats to supply?
We recommend supplying vector formats such as .AI, .EPS, and .PDF to ensure the best quality prints. We can print images, formated to .png or any hi resolution jpeg. file.
5. Is there a Minimum Order Quantity for clothing printing and embroidery?
For most of our print methods, there are no minimum order quantities.
With screen printing, however, we have a MOQ of 20 units.
6. Can I print a 1 off t-shirt ?
Yes, you can! We understand the value of individuality, even for small orders.
7. What are the turnaround times for Clothing Printing and Embroidery?
We aim to deliver your personalised items promptly, factoring in order size and complexity. Most order done within 5-10 business days.
For orders over 50 units, times will vary depending on print method.

9. Can you print copyrighted or Licensed Designs?
It is the customers duty to understand the importance of design rights. We respect copyright and licensing regulations, ensuring that you have the necessary permissions for any designs you provide.
10. Can I make a sample first?
See and Feel Before You Commit! Charges apply but Rojo can certainly make samples for you before proceeding with larger orders.
11. Can I Mix and Match Garment Colors and Sizes?
Rojo Offers the flexibility of choosing different garment colors and sizes in a single order. This won't effect the cost unless the print colours are different or different artwork is required for other garments.
12. How long will my prints last?
With printing these days, they are made to last just as long as the wear of the garment.
To ensure the prints look as bright and vibrant wash after wash, it's recommended you follow care instructions and avoid tumble drying and exposing garments in the sun when drying.
13. Where are you located? Do you have a showroom?
We are located at 26 Grenville Court, Phillip. We do a have a showroom that you can try on and have a look at all the different styles from our suppliers
