1. What does ROJO Customs specialise in?
We specialise in custom printing and embroidery on garments using screen printing, embroidery, heat-transfer vinyl, DTG, and direct-to-film transfers.
2. What items can you print/embroider on?
T‑shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, jackets, hats, beanies, and tote bags—plus high‑quality blanks from AS Colour, Biz Collection, Ramo, Syzmik, Australian Industrial Wear, and JB’s Wear.
3. How do you order with ROJO Customs?
Use our online design tool to choose a garment and upload your artwork (PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPEG). Add text or numbers as needed. Submit payment, and we’ll handle the rest.
4. What are the best file formats to supply?
We prefer vector formats (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) for highest quality. We also accept high-resolution PNG and JPEG files.
5. Is there a Minimum Order Quantity for clothing printing and embroidery?
For most of our print methods, there are no minimum order quantities.
With screen printing, however, we have a MOQ of 20 units.
6. Can I print a 1 off t-shirt ?
Yes! We support individual orders.
7. What are the turnaround times for Clothing Printing and Embroidery?
Most orders (under 50 units) are completed within 5–10 business days. Larger orders may take longer.

9. Can you print copyrighted or Licensed Designs?
Customers are responsible for obtaining copyright permissions. We comply with all licensing regulations.
10. Can I make a sample first?
Certainly—samples are available for a fee before proceeding with larger orders.
11. Can I Mix and Match Garment Colors and Sizes?
Yes—you can choose different colours and sizes. Pricing only changes if different artwork or print colours are used.
12. How long will my prints last?
Our prints are designed to last the garment’s lifetime. To maintain vibrancy, follow care instructions and avoid tumble-drying or sun exposure.
