All files must be supplied in vector formats for the best print outcome. These files can be listed as an .ai .eps .pdf .

We can use bitmap files like .psd .png, however, this will need to be supplied at a 300 dpi resolution in order to get the best quality print.

Your design must also be supplied in the correct print dimension. If you can’t resize the artwork yourself, let us know and we can do this for you.

SCREEN PRINTING

With a wide colour selection, we can match your design to almost any colour on the pantone matching system. *Please note that we cannot print metallic colours.

DIRECT TO GARMENT (DTG)

Full colour prints with high detail can be achieved with DTG. This printing method is best if you want to transfer photographs onto t-shirts. A transparent background is required if you provide your own logo.

*Please note that this particular method fades overtime.

EMBROIDERY

We can embroider your logo onto the front or back of most garments, with the exception of pockets and sleeves. The maximum size our machine can embroider is 220mm wide.

*Please note that small detail may not be visible when using this method.

TRANSFER VINYL

We have a large variety of vinyl colours to choose from. Unlike screen printing, we cannot completely match specific colours. For multicolour artwork, our team also specialises in digital transfer prints.

All orders must be approved before proceeding with production. Our staff will send a final proof mock-up, confirming print position, garment colours and sizing. Clients are able to make any final changes during this time.

Once approved, any additional changes will not be able to be made.

CANBERRA (ACT)

We can deliver anywhere within Canberra. The cost of delivery is a flat rate of $15.

Clients are also able to pick up their order from our shopfront.

INTERSTATE

For all orders outside of Canberra, shipping will be determined by weight. Delivery will take between 2 -5 business days from the date of completion.
